The Bengalla Undergraduate Mining Program is a silver bullet for success in the mining industry.

The program supports students by alleviating some of the financial stress of attending university, and provides undergraduates, like third year Bachelor of Business student, Olivia Duncan with paid vacation work.  

“University study is really valuable, but there is only so much you can learn,” Olivia said.

“It is great to be studying and learning as part of a team. My soft skills have definitely improved since working at Bengalla. I’m a clearer communicator, I can problem solve and manage my time really effectively.

The Bengalla Undergraduate Mining Program is worth up to $8,500 per student, per year.
