We believe developing, coaching and leading young people – and introducing them to our industry and operation – is critical to our success.
Throughout the year, we offer trainees, apprentices and university students opportunities to develop their skills and apply what they’ve learned on-the-job.
We are extremely proud of our apprenticeship and traineeship programs, including our partnership with the Mining and Energy Skills program at Muswellbrook TAFE, which fosters new talent in our industry and champions workforce diversity.
